REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund and return policy
Items may be refunded or returned based on customer complaints, but only for certain brands. You are not required to pay a deposit when purchasing all brands. If an item is damaged in transit, a replacement will be sent at no cost. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is required before the item can be refunded. Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original packaging, unopened and unused, and is returned with the same delivery driver on the same delivery day. We will accept the returned product and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products, which will be credited to your bank account. This does not apply to payments made upon delivery. No returns or refunds will be accepted for any product that arrives in good condition, and we reserve the right to limit or refuse the acceptance of returns of specific products at any time and for any reason. Before requesting a refund, the buyer must consider the item's description. If the item matches the seller's description and the buyer is dissatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund. Exchanges are granted on an individual basis. The customer must return the product in the same condition in which they were received from us. The processing of the refund (after deducting the processing fee) will take no more than 15 working days from the day the refund is initiated. If the customer wishes to cancel the delivery due to a lack of empty jars or unavailability of customers or any other reason, we can cancel the order and refund the order amount after deducting the service charge. Because the delivery team has already incurred logistics costs, the customer is obligated to pay the service charge even if the order is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
If a customer cancels an order on which delivery has not yet begun, a 10% deduction will be made from the overall order value. If a customer asks to cancel an order that has already begun and is in transit (by calling our customer service support), the full delivery fee per quantity will be deducted from your total order.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
