Without the respective organization's or entity's permission, you may not sell or alter the content of this Web Site, or reproduce, view, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials in any manner for any public or commercial reason.

Only credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment methods such as G-Pay, Paytm, and others will be accepted. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available for any purchases made on our websites or mobile applications. The payment term is decided solely at the discretion of Ayani or VUGHA and/or its related entities. Before we can approve an order, we must first obtain payment. There is no credit or agreement on credit. Any payment mistakes should be resolved by the consumer with the payment gateway provider. Any failed transactions by the payment gateway service provider are not the responsibility of Ayani or Vugha. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
We make every effort to deliver all products purchased through its application in good condition and on time. We deliver seven days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. A confirmation SMS and/or email may be sent to the contact information you provided when you signed up as a member. Similarly, notifications may be sent if your order has been placed or cancelled. The time-slot mentioned is simply an indication of the delivery range, and the Company makes no commitment to deliver at any exact or specific time requested by any customer. We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame specified in your order, but the Company will not be liable for any potential loss due to late delivery. For the time being, all items are available for delivery within the specified areas. We are constantly working on expanding our service offerings. Products in the application are readily available for purchase and are never out of stock. Any buyer who places an order that cannot be filled at the moment will be notified via email or phone.
The product price displayed on our application shows the entire retail price listed on the good or service, suggested by the producer, or estimated in accordance with standard industry standard, or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere, as well as Delivery / Handling Charges from the supplier. VUGHA and/or its affiliated entities make no warranty that the product descriptions or other content on this site are correct, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
